THE SPACE
4 bedrooms 3 Bathrooms, new home with fenced yard, less than 1/2 mile to beach or village. Bedroom on the main level with a queen bed and access to hall bath from bedroom. There is a separate den with TV. The large kitchen is fully equipped for your vacation retreat and has an eat area that seats 8. Relax on the covered porch with ceiling fan. There is also a gas barbeque grill for your use. Off the kitchen is a family room with large screen smart TV. Upstairs is the generous sized master with a king bed, french doors to covered porch and an adjoining master bath. Two additional guest rooms with queen size beds and share a hall bath with combo tub/shower. This home sleeps 8 guests comfortably.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas.
